With a Master’s Degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Daniela is the Team Leader of Polaron’s Language Services Department. In the last ten years, she has worked implementing environmental, social and governance (ESG) & sustainability communications plans for major international corporations. She has demonstrated experience in corporate communication and reputation management, production of sustainability reports and the development of relationships with mass media. 

Daniela’s role at Polaron is focused on leading and supporting a team of multilingual translation project managers. She has developed and maintained production solutions to meet evolving client requirements. As part of her responsibilities, Daniela ensures customer satisfaction and contributes to company’s growth, marketing and business development. Passionate about community development, Daniela is a member of several multicultural organisations in Melbourne.
