Carla graduated with a Double Degree in Business Management and International Commerce from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Prior to joining Polaron, she worked as an international commerce specialist in the banking sector.  Carla also participated in the Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston which gave her a unique opportunity to experience the challenges of international negotiation and diplomacy. She also attended the International Summer School at ESADE in Barcelona and International Business Program at ADEX in Lima. 

Carla, in her role as the Head of Community Engagement, has successfully overseen numerous multilingual projects. She has been instrumental in offering valuable support to organisations and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Her primary focus is currently on guiding clients in selecting the most suitable language service options based on considerations such as the target audience, budget constraints, project timelines and overall project objectives.
