Client’s request
HeadtoHelp is a collaborative initiative of Victoria’s Primary Health Networks and funded by the Australian Government. It supports Victorians of all ages to help take the first steps towards finding the mental health and wellbeing support that an individual might need.
Our client came to us with already successful communication materials and wanted us to prepare multi – language translation. With resources relating to personal and mental health, it was crucial that we spoke with our translators ahead of the process to ensure that the necessary steps were taken to achieve cultural appropriateness across all resources.
Target group
The target group for this project are Victorians of all ages who are looking for mental health and wellbeing support.
