This Thursday 3rd September, at 11:30 AM, Polaron is hosting a live video chat with Ifrin Fittock, Chief Operating Officer of SisterWorks, a not-for-profit that supports women who are refugees, asylum seekers or migrants to improve their confidence, mental wellbeing and sense of belonging.

In 2017, Ifrin started implementing process and system improvement to scale SisterWorks. In three years time, the organisation has grown from 4 employees to 18, expanding its operation to Bendigo and very soon to Dandenong, as well as securing partnership with UN Women in delivering Second Chance Education and Vocational Pilot Programme.
