Maggie has a master’s degree in history from the University of Gdańsk. She took a particular interest in the lives and fates of children growing up during the Second World War. Her specialty is archival research.

Maggie spent 3 months working as a volunteer in the Polish Tatra Mountains National Park, where she educated visitors and helped to maintain hiking trails. She lived and worked in the UK for 4 years to improve her English language skills before emigrating to Australia in November 2018. Maggie joined Polaron in May 2019.
